Services to remember and meditate upon the events leading up to Christ's Death will be taking place at various places throughout the Circuit and you will be most welcome at any of them.







  • Aylesbury Maundy Thursday 7.30 pm Tenebrae service with communion.
    Good Friday 10.00 am Service
  • Chinnor Maundy Thursday: Liturgy of Maundy Thursday 7.00pm St Andrew's Parish church (bring and share
    meal, washing of feet)
    Good Friday Village Cross Walk 9.00am from car park at top of High Street round village and up
    Donkey Lane to top of Chinnor Hill. 10.00am short service at top of hill; 10.30am refreshments at
    Community Church hall , High Street.
    12 noon- 3pm The Three Hours... St Andrew's Parish church
    Saturday Service of Light 11.30pm St Andrew's Parish church.
    Easter Day 10.30am service at Methodist church
    10.45am Celebration Service at Community church,
    10.00am Easter Day Service at St Andrew's Parish church.
  • Cheddington Good Friday at 9.15am. Raising the cross outside the chapel.
    Followed by All Age Worship at 10.30am at St Giles.
  • Haddenham Good Friday at 10.15am. Walk of Witness from Townside Green to
    St. Mary's Church for service at 11.00am.
    Easter Day; Sunrise service, held in St. Mary's School grounds. Time TBA.
  • North Marston Some service every day. See Circuit website for details
  • Princes Risborough Maundy Thursday: Communion 8.00 pm
    Good Friday: 10.00 am at Baptist Church; Walk of Witness 11.00 am
    Easter Day 6.00am Sunrise Service at Whiteleaf
  • Stewkley Good Friday Meditation at 7.30 pm
  • Stoke Mandeville Good Friday: 11.50am. Walk of Witness from SMMC to St. Mary's
    followed by service at 12.00 noon.
  • Stone Good Friday: 10.00 am Witness walk from school gates;
    11.00am. Family Service at St. John the Baptist Church
  • Thame (Christchurch) Good Friday service at 10.30am. conducted by Rev R Micklem
  • Wingrave Good Friday: 2.00pm Joint Open Air Service with Parish Church
