Part Time Children's Work Enabler

The Vale of Aylesbury Methodist circuit seeks to appoint a part-time Children's Work Enabler, working 20 hours per week, days to be agreed with some flexibility needed.

Salary £14,560 p.a. This is a three-year fixed term appointment

We are looking for a part-time Children's Work Enabler to support the vision of the Circuit in engaging with children and families in the church and wider community.

Applicants must:

• Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Be a committed, practising Christian who is willing to understand and engage with Methodism.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills with people of all ages.
• Show awareness of issues concerning Safeguarding.
• Be willing to be flexible with regard to working hours, including some evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Have relevant experience of children or families work in a paid or voluntary capacity.

Closing date for applications is midnight on November 1st

Interviews will take place in the week commencing November 11th
